Kristi Cook is known for her innate ability to close a transaction quickly and seamlessly, playing an integral role in her clients’ success. With decades of experience, a strong team behind her, and a network of Orange County's best agents in the luxury space, she is highly trusted by her clients to provide invaluable insight and outstanding client service, serving as a trusted advisor at each step of the way.
Kristi brings a unique perspective to real estate, combining her knack for negotiation, a keen eye for design, and over 25 years of experience in residential properties and commercial office development. Having been raised in Newport Beach, she also offers a local perspective and a first-hand familiarity with Orange County’s finest coastal communities.
As the 4th generation of a prominent real estate family, Kristi was born and raised in real estate; she quite literally grew up in the business, honing her skills over decades and countless transactions. As early land settlers in Sacramento, her family was responsible for developing much of California’s capital. Four generations later, Kristi keeps that legacy alive through her successful real estate career by representing families and high net worth individuals in luxury residential transactions.
After navigating through the crash of 2008, Kristi found a strong interest and opportunity in buying and selling investment properties in the beach cities of Orange County. During this time, she gained additional first-hand experience in remodeling, building, and investing in real estate. Through these experiences she developed an intuitive sense of design, value, appreciable properties, and market behavior as well, which has become one of the many reasons her clients rely on her expertise.
Today, Kristi is a member of the Tim Carr Group at Villa Real Estate, where she enjoys helping her clients meet their goals and receive the representation they deserve.
Kristi lives in Emerald Bay with her husband, Tony, who serves the public as a Superior Court Judge, along with their rescue dog, Tiki, who enjoys long walks on the beach – which is where you’ll often find them at sunset, walking the beach and enjoying all the natural beauty of coastal Orange County.
